At this annual event (in person October 3-5, 2023!), thought leaders from industry and academia gather to discuss, debate and shape the future of the rapidly changing real-time communications field.  Everyone living at the intersection of voice, video, messaging, mobility, the cloud, and the Web – technical developers, innovators, engineers, academic researchers, product managers, marketers, entrepreneurs – has things to learn, things to teach, and people to meet at this conference. [IEEE](https://www.ieee.org/) is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. ## Proposals Presentation proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee as they are received. Ongoing notifications of acceptance will be made based on content, relevance, and speaker qualifications. To ensure a place on this year’s agenda, please make your proposals as early as possible. Individual presentations are typically allotted 30 minutes, consisting of 20 – 25 minutes of speaker presentation and 5-10 minutes of audience Q&A.
